TRAINING
At Providigm, we understand a basic component in empowering providers to conduct quality improvement and compliance activities on their own is a thorough understanding of the abaqis® Quality Management System and how it relates to quality improvement and the survey process.
To this goal, we have assembled a training staff, led by Danielle Holthaus, with a wealth of experience on both the care provider and regulatory sides of long-term care. Their passion for what they do comes from their personal desire to be actively involved in improving the day-to-day quality of life for people in long-term care settings.
Our experienced trainers carry out on-site individual and small group sessions focused on translating conceptual methods and regulations into easily implemented processes. Our goal is to provide an in-depth knowledge base that you can draw upon to train the rest of your organization, allowing your entire staff to be involved in quality improvement. With an understanding of the fundamental concepts and methods in abaqis, using it becomes a part of your daily routine.
Our trainers conduct on-site sessions ranging from one to four days—along with live webinars as a supplement or refresher—for provider organizations of all sizes. In addition, they provide training under contract to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services for the implementation of the Quality Indicator Survey in state agencies.
